Refund Policy

Conditions, timing and process to refund a campaign.

VenuXboost is committed to fair and prompt refunds when a campaign fails to distribute, or when you cancel before it has started. This policy complements our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

  • Campaign not started: full refund (100%) if distribution has not yet begun.
  • Campaign in progress: pro-rata refund of the undistributed volume.
  • Campaign completed: non-refundable, unless a verified distribution defect (see section 3).
  • Acceptable use violation: no refund when a campaign is suspended for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Consumers residing in the European Union enjoy a 14-day right of withdrawal from account creation, pursuant to Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent national transpositions of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Exception: pursuant to Article L221-28-1°, you expressly waive this right when you launch a campaign whose distribution begins immediately after payment. In that case the service is deemed “fully performed with your prior consent”.

3. Distribution defect

If a campaign cannot be properly distributed (provider failure, prolonged unavailability, quality out of spec), our system:

  1. Automatically retries (3 spaced attempts).
  2. Switches to a backup provider.
  3. Sets the order to delayed with email + dashboard notification.
  4. If distribution remains impossible within 7 days, automatic refund is triggered.

4. How to request a refund

  • Live cancellation: directly from the dashboard, “Cancel campaign” button.
  • Manual request: email support@venuxboost.app with the campaign ID and reason. We acknowledge within 24 business hours.

5. Processing time

Once approved, the refund is initiated within 3 business days. Bank-side delivery time depends on the original payment method:

  • Card (Stripe): 5 to 10 business days.
  • Apple Pay (Stripe): 5 to 10 business days.
  • Mobile Money (Moneroo): 1 to 5 business days depending on the carrier.

6. Refund method

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order. No cash, alternate bank transfer or cryptocurrency refunds are possible.
